Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management Executive in Islamabad. This role involves efficient staffing, scheduling, and performance forecasting for our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Monitor live queues and agent availability
- Track key performance metrics
- Coordinate with HR and Operations
- Prepare WFM reports
- Assist in headcount planning
Requirements:
- 1+ years of WFM experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
