Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community-Based GBV Mobilizer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with community members to raise awareness about gender-based violence (GBV) and provide essential support services.
Your responsibilities will include organizing community outreach events, conducting workshops, and collaborating with local organizations to create safe spaces for survivors. You will also be responsible for collecting data and providing feedback to improve our programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for community advocacy, and experience in GBV-related work. A background in social work or community organization is preferred.
