Job Description
CANWAN E ASHRAFIA PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth service delivery.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management, excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, and prior experience in travel or customer service are essential. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, especially during the Hajj season.
