We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to manage the entire hiring process for catering crew members at remote sites. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, recruiting, and deploying staff, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with HR tasks.
You will conduct interviews, maintain a talent pool, manage employee welfare, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Strong organizational skills and experience in recruitment are essential.
Willingness to travel to remote sites is required.
