Job Description
Fashion Flare, a fast-growing fashion retailer, is seeking passionate individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative for our E-Commerce Clothing store.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
- Resolving customer issues regarding their orders.
- Lodging complaints with courier logistics.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Skills Requirement:
- Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
