Job Description
We are Deal20one, seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Order Confirmation professional to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming orders, verify details, and communicate with customers to ensure accuracy before coordinating with our operations team for smooth processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and confirm customer orders via phone.
- Verify order details such as items, quantities, and delivery addresses.
- Maintain records of all confirmed orders.
Requirements: Strong communication skills and prior experience in e-commerce or order handling preferred.
Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month with benefits including fuel allowance and medical support.
