Job Description

Translation Empire is seeking a Knowledge Base Administrator to ensure our knowledge base is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible. In this vital role, you will create, organize, and maintain content that supports our employees and customers. You will manage the upload and arrangement of content from completed tenders and bids into the Easy PQQ Knowledge Base Portal, ensuring that all information is well-structured and retrievable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of bids is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with platforms like WordPress or CMS Hub.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Work mode: Onsite | Shift Time: 12 PM – 9 PM | Location: Sector F DHA 1 Rwp | Salary: Market Competitive.
