Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is currently seeking a Payroll Officer cum HR Officer with a strong focus on Payroll Management to join our dynamic IT firm. The selected candidate will oversee payroll operations for a large-scale government project, managing a workforce of daily wage employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing for daily wage employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
- Support HR in attendance management and employee relations.
- Innovate payroll systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in payroll or HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws in Pakistan.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
