Job Description

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Mode: On-site (not remote)
Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist – E-commerce, you will ensure smooth communication and timely support for our customers. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, managing order processing, and providing live chat support.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, e-commerce experience (eBay is a plus), and a personal laptop. Must attend our office daily.
