Job Description
We are PI Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd, seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving complaints efficiently, and delivering exceptional service. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Key responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, gathering feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to company guidelines.
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of customer service experience. This is a full-time position, and the work location is in person.
