Job Description
GCE Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for parents and teachers. Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and responding to messages professionally.
- Guiding parents about tutor availability and fees.
- Coordinating demo sessions with teachers.
- Maintaining accurate records of inquiries.
- Resolving concerns promptly.
Requirements: Intermediate level or above, strong communication in English & Urdu, and customer service experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
