Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Operations Intern to join Inoviotech. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance in IT support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting system and peripheral device problems.
- Support ticket management and documentation.

Requirements:
