Job Description
Location: Gujranwala – Service Branch
Reports To: Branch Manager – Service
HCM International is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to oversee our Service Operations in Gujranwala. This full-time role involves supervising daily activities to ensure customer satisfaction while supporting technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Authorized Workshop operations.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain documentation accuracy and relations with dealers.
- Monitor branch reports for quality and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
Requirements: Graduate Engineer with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs170,00.00 per month
