Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
As an IT Administrator, you will manage system administration, network management, technical support, security, and data management. Additionally, you will oversee project management, software development, training, and vendor relations while engaging in strategic planning to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals.
Qualifications Needed:
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with 3-5 years of IT support experience. Proficiency in LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and Microsoft tools is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills are required. Availability to work in US and AUS time zones is necessary.
