Job Description

We’re hiring an HR Trainee for a 6-month performance-based program that may lead to a full-time role at Fission Tech. Located onsite in Clifton Zamzama, Karachi, you’ll assist with core HR functions such as onboarding, HRIS updates, and employee engagement initiatives. This opportunity is perfect for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding, support attendance tracking, and help with HR communications.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
