Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager to join CGI and manage labor matters in our factory. You will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure work efficiency, and handle hiring and documentation for labor, including dealing with social security and EOBI.
Your responsibilities include enforcing factory rules, civil works, housekeeping, coordinating with utility departments, supervising security activities, and handling compliance and record-keeping. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
EX-Army candidates are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential.
