Job Description
Caps IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage client accounts and perform outreach to potential clients via cold calls, serving as the main point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for U.S.-based clients.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce our services.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience, excellent English communication, and ability to work fixed night shifts.
