Job Description
Join our team as an Operations Manager, where you will run daily operations, improve processes, and keep teams on target with clear SOPs and KPIs. You will be responsible for planning daily operations, monitoring SLAs, driving process improvements, and overseeing facility and inventory management.
To qualify, you must have a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in operations or administration, with strong planning and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or certifications such as PMP or Lean.
