Job Description
Vortax LLC is seeking a Cold Calling Representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales role. If you’re passionate about cold calling and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of cold-calling agents to meet daily targets
- Generate quality leads through outbound calls
- Coach team members on sales techniques
- Track performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records with CRM tools

- 10% commission on closed deals
Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time, timing from 7 PM to 4 AM
Requirements
