Job Description
The Techno Studio UK is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to manage various aspects of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Address employee relations and grievances.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Assist in performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices.
