Job Description
What You Will Be Expected to Do:
- Conduct OD-related research work.
- Draft Job Descriptions & Job Specifications.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators.
- Draft Policies.
- Coordinate with clients.
- Assist in training coordination.
Requirements:
- HR Graduate (Marketing minor is a plus).
- Fresh to 1 year of experience in HR.
- Tech savvy with strong written communication skills.
