Job Description
Astute Competent Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized individual for the position of Assistant HR. In this role, you will support our recruitment efforts by managing job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining employee records and HR documentation, assisting in attendance and leave management, and preparing payroll. Additionally, you will organize employee engagement activities and training sessions while supporting performance appraisals and HR policy implementation.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations, contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
