Job Description
Position: Customer Support Representative
Company: iTech Solutions
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST) – Fixed Night Shift
Saturday & Sunday OFF
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide detailed service information to customers.
- Address inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center or customer support.
Required Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
