Job Description
Unze London is seeking an experienced Restaurant HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead HR functions, emphasizing employee relations, policy development, and compliance in the restaurant industry.
Requirements:
– Master’s in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR)
– 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in hospitality
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee engagement strategies
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
