Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
– Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll.
– Assist in performance management and employee engagement.
– Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

– Address employee queries and provide HR support.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
– 2-3 years of HR experience.
– Strong HR functions knowledge.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office.
– Professional handling of confidential information.
