Job Description

About the Role

Abacus Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for Training to spearhead learning initiatives within our expanding BPO/Call Center operations. In this role, you will design and deliver effective training programs aimed at enhancing agent performance, improving customer experience, and aligning with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities include leading training for new hires and ongoing development, conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), driving training KPIs, coaching trainers, and collaborating with various departments.

Ideal candidates should possess 4-6 years in Training & Development within a BPO, with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
