Job Description
Robust Support and Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Assistant for our back office located in Karachi, at Fortune Tower, PECHS, BLOCK 6.
Job Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift), Monday to Saturday, On-site position.
Responsibilities: Manage attendance and time tracking, handle employee documentation, assist in engagement activities, and support HR operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2–3 years of HR support and payroll experience preferred.
- Strong MS Excel proficiency.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
Salary: PKR 50,00-70,00 + benefits including medical insurance and annual increment.
