Job Description
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PST) | Night Shift (On-site)
Amigos BPO is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who is detail-oriented and committed to enhancing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor agent calls for quality and satisfaction.
- Provide coaching to improve agent performance.
- Identify recurring issues for insights.
- Ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements:
- 6 months of QA experience in a call center.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
