– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
– Fresh to 6 months (Relevant).
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of HR functions & processes.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment and hiring process.
– Maintain personal files of all employees.
– Maintain attendance and leaves record of employees.
