Job Description
FAV Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Human Resources and Administration. Candidates should have an MBA or MPhil in HR (CHRP preferred) and over 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in management.
Key Responsibilities: Leading HR functions, recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.
Requirements: Expertise in HR policies, experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and communication skills. Open to all candidates.
