Job Description
Tekboox, a US-based IT solutions company, is seeking an IT Support Associate to deliver daily IT support, troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and support seamless IT operations.
Responsibilities:
– Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
– Troubleshoot system slowdowns, connectivity issues, and application errors.
– Assist with password resets and printer-related issues.
– Install and update operating systems and software.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
– 6 months to 1 year of IT support experience.
– Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals.
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
