Job Description
BankIslami is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Executive Coordinator to support the head of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Group Head and team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/events.
- Screen calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage files and track expenses.
- Draft correspondence and memos.
- Use independent judgment to achieve results.
- Intermediate MS Office skills required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
Experience: Ideally 2 years.
Location: Clifton, Karachi.
