Job Description
Mac Care is seeking dedicated doctors and physicians to join our team as Patient Outreach Specialists for night shift operations. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound patient calls, providing vital support with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and email.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Manage patient medical data.
- Process insurance details and obtain prior authorizations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM PKST).
