We are seeking a confident and dynamic female receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at 3A Group. The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
• Maintain visitor logs and handle correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Ensure a well-maintained reception area.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong communication skills, fluency in English & Urdu, proficient in MS Office, 1-2 years experience preferred (fresh candidates welcome).
