Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists. In this role, you will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless service experience through calls, emails, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fixed shift from 6PM-3AM (US).
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Prior customer support experience is a plus.
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
