Job Description

TATA Pakistan is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Manager Admin & Employee Relations. The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling grievances, and fostering an inclusive workplace.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of Admin & IR experience in a manufacturing environment and at least 2 years in a managerial role. A Bachelor’s degree and a Diploma in Industrial Relations & Labor Law are required; an LLB is a plus.
