Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Assistant Manager of HR Operations at our cosmetic company. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. Key responsibilities also include ensuring HRIS data accuracy, administering payroll and attendance systems, and supporting compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
To qualify, candidates should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside 4-5 years of HR operations experience. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and excellent communication skills are essential.
