Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Banking Helpline Agent at ASK Development Limited, a well-reputed telecom company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints by providing accurate information.
- Process customer orders, including payment verification.
- Update customer accounts with relevant information.
Salary: $37,00 – $45,00 (performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
– 6 months of experience in the banking sector (CSR)
– Location: Karachi (in-person work)
