Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Taxi Booking Operator experienced in Cordic Software to join our team at c2o. In this role, you will manage incoming calls from UK customers for taxi bookings and amendments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing Airport Bookings.
- Accepting Payments over the Phone.
- Escalating complaints to the relevant departments.
- Addressing Driver Queries and Grievances.
Excellent listening skills and a proficient British accent are essential to deliver high-quality customer service. Previous inbound call center experience is preferred.

Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
