Job Description
Deal & Deals (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Investment Advisor & Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will generate leads, prospect potential clients, and close property sales deals, requiring excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Location: PWD Road, Islamabad
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify client needs and conduct property tours.
- Negotiate sale terms and draft contracts.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of real estate sales experience preferred.
