About the Role:
Sweepy Maids Ltd. is searching for a dedicated Assistant Sales Manager to lead our night shift sales operations. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a remote team environment overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Night Sales Manager in motivating the sales team.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications to drive sales.
- Monitor sales metrics and assist in team training.
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements include sales experience, a British or American accent, and the ability to work independently during night hours.
Salary: Rs17,500.00 – Rs23,500.00 per month.
