Job Description
MTBC CareCloud is seeking a Tier 1 System Support Engineer. Be the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting daily IT issues and escalating complex cases. This role is ideal for those eager to begin their IT careers in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for system, hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log and manage support tickets.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Office 365 issues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 1+ years of IT support experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
