Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately code medical procedures and diagnoses.
- Conduct audits of billing and coding for accuracy.
- Resolve discrepancies to minimize errors.
- Stay updated on coding guidelines and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Medical coding certification (CPC, CCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in inpatient & outpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of coding standards and EHR systems.
