Job Description
AK Graphic is seeking energetic and motivated Call Center Agents for the night shift to expand our team in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, offer product information, and assist customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads
- Provide accurate product/service details
- Update customer records in our systems
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- 2-3 months of experience (Freshers welcomed)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
