Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated HR & Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Help In Need. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 2 years of HR or administrative experience, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
