Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Officer to manage both financial and office administration tasks at Machineintelligence6.

Key Duties:

• Record daily transactions, payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records and assist with reports.
• Manage office files, supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Support HR tasks: attendance, leave records, and travel arrangements.
• Assist management with meetings and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts/admin work.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Organized, reliable, and possesses good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs 50,00.00 per month
