Job Description
Anekor Pakistan is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workforce Administrator to join our team in Multan. You will manage workforce planning, scheduling, and daily staffing operations. Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and assisting in performance management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in workforce management or HR coordination is required. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. In-person presence required.
