Job Description

Ventures is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to enhance our HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment and daily office administration to ensure seamless business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks including office coordination and supplies management.
  • Assist with payroll and leave management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR and administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

This is a full-time position with a salary of Rs120,00.00 per month, work on-site.
