Job Description
Brandix Soft is looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to collaborate with our CEO. Your responsibilities will include managing HR policies, maintaining employee documentation, developing fair HR practices, and overseeing recruitment processes. You will also handle employee discipline and grievances while implementing effective HR technology.
Candidates should have proven HR Executive experience, expertise in full-cycle recruiting, and knowledge of labor legislation. A BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field is required. Work hours are from 1 PM to 10 PM in Gulberg II, Lahore, with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
