Analytica-data is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to enhance our HR operations and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment and daily office administration, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, support onboarding/offboarding, manage office supplies, assist with payroll and leave management, help organize events, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration, 2-4 years of HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
